Reporting to the CFO, youll play a key role in shaping strategy and driving performance across the business. Youll provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring projects and investments deliver maximum value. The position is key in building relationships in the rental division of the business and supporting the Divisional Director to drive profitability.
What youll do:
* Deliver incisive financial analysis and reporting.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
* Partner with leaders across operations, commercial, and procurement.
* Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

* Qualified accountant with 5+ years experience.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills, with advanced Excel/financial modelling.
