They are based near Birmingham, and they are currently looking to recruit an interim Financial Controller to support the Finance Director with all things finance related across the business. Your new role In this role you will lead finance operations during a period of change. You'll take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bring clarity, structure, and insight to a fast-moving environment. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced qualified financial controller (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with robust financial reporting skills, including month-end, cash flow forecasting and budgeting. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to hit the ground running to make an early impact.
