Our Client, a dynamic and fast-growing accountancy firm, is seeking an ambitious and driven Audit professional to join their Christchurch office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and exposure to a diverse portfolio of SME clients.


Whether you're currently an Assistant Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Manager seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.


What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading or supporting the management and review of audit engagements
2. Mentoring and developing junior team members
3. Handling complex audit areas and non-routine accounting transactions
4. Preparing audit files for RI review
5. Contributing to process improvements and firm-wide initiatives
6. Building strong, long-term client relationships


What We're Looking For

7. ACA or ACCA qualified
8. Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in audit
9. Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle
10. Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
13. Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
14. Ambitious and motivated by career progression
