Conveyancing Paralegal – South East London
Location: SE London
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting solicitors with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Title checks and Land Registry applications
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Managing files from instruction to post-completion
* Conducting searches and reviewing reports
* Assisting with SDLT submissions and Land Registry filings
About You
* Minimum 6 months experience in residential conveyancing
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
* LPC or equivalent legal qualification is a plus
