Bookkeeper - Homeworking/Slough, Berkshire
The Padel Hub are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing accounts payable and supplier relationships
* Entering bills and reconciling accounts
* Processing and monitoring supplier invoices
* Assisting with general admin work linked to suppliers and invoices
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial processes
* Working through a backlog of accounts before transitioning into ongoing bookkeeping responsibilities
* Collaborating with a supportive finance team of 4, reporting to the Head of Finance
Requirements
* Attention to detail is crucial – accuracy will be tested during the recruitment process
* Experience using Xero software (essential)
* AAT qualification preferred (but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Available to start ASAP
