Salary: £34,000 to £39,000 per year (days) plus sleep ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Essential requirements: at least 2 years experience in a children's residential care home, a level 3 (or above) diploma in residential child care and a full driving licence issued in the UK Esland are driven to changing children’s’ lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services.
We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of care and allow them to achieve amazing outcomes.
1. A minimum of 2 years experience within a Residential Children's Home (within the last 5 years)
2. A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
3. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
4. A full driving licence issued in the UK
5. Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
6. In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
7. Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
8. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
