We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team at RHACC, a vibrant and inclusive Adult Education College.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a welcoming front-of-house service for students, staff, and visitors
2. Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
3. Support the Learner Services team with general administrative tasks linked to the enrolments and admissions process
4. Support the smooth day-to-day running of the college reception area
What We’re Looking For:
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
7. Confidence using Microsoft 365 software and experience using an MIS system
8. A positive, helpful attitude and a commitment to adult education
