About You
We are looking for a motivated person who has excellent Excel and IT skills also knowledge of all Microsoft Packages. Good communication skills and experience of working in a finance environment – although this is not essential.
About The Role
This is a support role within Finance, and consists of the following:-
* To support the Financial Accountant, Ledger Supervisor, and Financial Accounting Officers in the delivery of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Treasury objectives
* Work as directed by the Assistant Financial Accountant to process Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices accurately and timeously ensuring adherence to departmental timetables
* Inputs and processes financial information, completing routine financial transactions in accordance with procedures to ensure continuity of supplies and services for the board
* Work as directed to support completion of various projects
