ITSM Application Support – Remedy
You will be a key player in upholding the Remedy ITSM suite within our defence sector. This enables our customers to automate the ITIL process and seamlessly integrate with business processes by servicing requests and incidents, managing SLAs and assessing KPIs. As a valued member of the ASG team, you will design, develop, enhance, and support our Service Management IT Solution and provide SME and knowledge to meet delivery needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM platform for optimal performance; applying updates, monitoring, upgrades, processing queries and reports, and monitoring the entire system to ensure all transactions are processed correctly. Troubleshoot and resolve system and transaction issues.
Essential Skills
* Customisation, development, and integration skills in BMC Remedy, demonstrated by prior experience.
* Relevant experience with Remedy/ITSM support.
* Ability to understand, explain, and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
