Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience developing Power BI models, dashboards and reports
* Strong DAX, SQL and data visualisation capability
* Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT and cloud-based analytics (Azure/Fabric)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
* Desirable: experience with other BI tools (Qlik/Tableau/SSRS), Alteryx, or experience in health/social care.
Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models
* Building reliable, scalable data models to support self-service analytics
* Using strong DAX and SQL skills to prepare and shape data
* Supporting ETL/ELT processes and ensuring accurate, timely data for reporting
* Implementing and maintaining secure, governed BI solutions (including RLS)
* Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into insight
* Helping to drive a data-driven culture across the organisation.
