Responsibilities/Further Skills: Work collaboratively with development teams to support the shaping and design of end-to-end solutions and capabilities. Align the integration of services and products, considering how the product will be managed throughout its lifecycle, including network monitoring, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). Work closely with development teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services. Guide and support development teams in aligning their efforts with the overall service architecture. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for service architectures and through life management plans. Develop diagrams, specifications, and guidelines to facilitate understanding and implementation of service architectures. Ensure that service architectures meet quality standards and are scalable, reliable, and secure. Verify that the developed services align with the organisation's standards and best practices. Identify opportunities for improving service architectures and processes. Implement industry best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. Drive organisational alignment and iterative improvement in line with industry standards. Engage with key stakeholders, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with service architectures. Communicate effectively to convey the value and impact of service architectures on business objectives. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions to support the organisation's service delivery goals. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to service architecture. Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall understanding of service architectures
