At FläktGroup, we're looking for a Site Services Co-Ordinator based in Scotland to plan, monitor & control the day to day operations of Service Engineers delivering installation of new equipment, commission of new units, planned maintenance, reactive work, quoted work and warranty repairs.

What You'll Be Doing
* To be a point of contact for our engineers, supporting them in their work with good communications, forward planning and best use of them as a valuable resource when urgent work is required.
* Working closely with Service Team to ensure a full understanding of Engineers appropriate skillsets, availability, logistical routing, site specific options and customers preferences
* Allocation of service orders / scheduled maintenance to the appropriate engineer in the most cost effective and efficient manner
* To receive telephone calls from company's customers.
* Order parts for quoted works and maintenance works and ensure they are available in readiness for engineers' attendance.
What You Bring
* Although a technical background is not required, the ability to grasp basic technical information in relation to the company's products and services is required.
* Logistic knowledge of the geographical regional area
Experience:
* A customer service / supply chain background is not essential but would be an advantage
* Previous work experience that demonstrates a methodical and well organised approach to planning and record keeping is essential.
* Previous experience of administrative, data entry and word processing is required
Key Skills:
* Excellent PC / computer and data inputting skills and the ability to use software e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills with a confident and polite telephone manner
* Must be able to balance priorities and work calmly under pressure.
* Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems e.g. SimPro and Dynamics would be an advantage
* Good accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping and update of electronic databases.
* Strong evidence of an ability to work well within a team
