This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to compensation and benefits administration, understand how reward programmes are structured and managed, and develop valuable analytical and organisational skills within a professional corporate environment.What you'll be doingAs a Compensation & Benefits Intern, you'll support a range of analytical, administrative, and project-based activities, including:Supporting data analysis tasks such as market reviews, benchmarking, and preparation of reportsAssisting with salary survey submissions to external providers and ensuring accuracy and timely completionSupporting the Compensation & Benefits team with project management activities, including tracking progress and coordinating tasksConducting research on compensation trends and benefits practices to support internal benchmarkingHelping draft internal communications related to compensation and benefits programmesProviding general administrative and operational support to the Compensation & Benefits teamGaining practical exposure to compensation and benefits processes and understanding the importance of compliance with employment legislation and policiesWhat we're looking forWe're keen to hear from motivated, detail-oriented students who are interested in Human Resources and enjoy working with data in a structured environment.Essential:Studying towards (or recently obtained) a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood data analysis and research skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelClear communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholdersA proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support the wider HR teamValid right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internshipDesirable:Basic understanding of HR conceptsInterest in compensation, benefits, or reward-related career pathsWhat you'll gainA paid 12-month industrial placement within a global organisationHands-on experience within a specialist Compensation & Benefits functionExposure to real compensation data, salary benchmarking, and HR projectsDevelopment of analytical, research, communication, and organisational skillsInsight into how reward programmes are designed and managed within a large, complex organisationIf you're curious about HR reward practices, enjoy working with data, and want to build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
