Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads
* Provide exceptional client care, helping clients find solutions that meet their needs
* Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and non-regulated insurance products
* Provide feedback to the residential team regarding lead progress
Skills and experience required:
* CeMAP qualified or equivalent
* Sales experience with targets/objectives (minimum 1 year)
* Positive, resilient, and goal-driven attitude
* Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
