DescriptionSupporting documentsEmployerLocation

Our new Cradley Heath Skills Campus is set to open in January 2026, it’s an exciting time for everyone involved with this fantastic new addition to the Sandwell Colleges family. We’re now looking to add another very important team member, someone who can build meaningful relationships with a range of local stakeholders and champion those voices to ensure we can meet their needs and aspirations.

If you’re motivated by making a real difference in people’s lives, you understand the power of being seen, heard and trusted. If you can find ways to connect, inspire and engage a broad range of people, design and deliver outreach activities that fuel confidence and curiosity in adult learners and in doing so remove barriers to participation, we would love to hear from you.

Cradley Heath is home to a rich network of small enterprises, tradespeople and community-minded employers. Our skills campus will bridge the gap between education and employment with your help and act as a pipeline for skilled, motivated, job-ready local professionals who possess the technical, soft skills, and work-readiness qualities our local businesses need. Your work in connecting the campus with our local businesses and in doing so forging partnerships that create those pathways to employment will be essential.

This is more than a job, it’s a mission, and a chance to be part of something transformative for local communities. Cradley Heath and surrounding areas are full of untapped potential, so come and join our work and become an integral part of the team in making possibilities a reality for so many.
