What you will be doing
* You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Energy/Water Manager and can expect to be involved in the following: support the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies, contribute to efficiency projects, analyze data, and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies. Support projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.
* Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software. Develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations. Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
* A potential rotation within the UK Energy & Sustainability team, focusing on hands-on experience in CO2/Energy/Water projects, data analysis and reporting. Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Energy/Water Manager.
What we are looking for
* A degree level or equivalent within Engineering, Energy/Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.
* Competent user of spreadsheets, graphs, statistical figures and data analytics
* Strong verbal and written communication in English
* A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
* The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
* Security clearance: This position requires or will require eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities
