Our homes vary in size and provide therapeutic, EBD, and complex trauma support services.

Compensation: £32,644 - £34,824 per year
The role of a Senior Support Worker involves:
1. Contributing to care plans and risk assessments, reviewing and implementing them
2. Building effective relationships with young people, families (if appropriate), and external agencies
3. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the home, encouraging young people's participation
4. Maintaining high-quality records with supervision and guidance from managers
5. Upholding professional standards expected by Esland and Ofsted
6. Supporting the educational and social development of young people, implementing Individual Education Programs
7. Meeting emotional and physical needs, promoting development opportunities
8. Supporting the deputy/manager during shifts and performing senior duties as directed
What we are looking for from you:
1. Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable)
2. Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
3. Supervisory experience (essential)
4. Passion for nurturing young people
5. Ability to work shift patterns including sleep-ins (schedule provided in advance, likely 2 on 4 off)
6. Full UK driving licence (essential)
7. Candidates must be over 21 to meet industry regulations
