We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post office counter Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support at our sales counter. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a friendly out going personality, and the ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases or inquiries at the sales counter.
* Process sales transactions accurately using our computerised systems.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all clerical duties are completed in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.
* Assist in putting away stock, facing up shelves and maintaining the attractive appearance of the store.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a Post office office role is advantageous but not essential.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* Experience in retail would be desirable as well as excellent communication skills
