When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will ensure you are supported to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, equating to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour working week. The annual salary shown is for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
This is a Full-Time contracted position, with shifts varying across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to work around your commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead full and active lives aligned with their wishes and support plans, participating in developing those plans where applicable
* Support individuals to stay safe, taking appropriate actions to safeguard their welfare and prevent abuse
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist service users in participating in social activities, managing finances and medication responsibly, helping with practical tasks, and supporting personal care and healthcare needs
* Act as an informal contact within the service users’ support network (e.g., families, social workers)
* Accurately report and record care-related issues to monitor health and wellbeing
* Follow Health and Safety regulations and promote safety and welfare
* Build appropriate relationships with service users while maintaining professional boundaries
* Work within organisational policies, procedures, and guidance
* Demonstrate the organisation's values and behaviours in your work
