Social Media and Marketing Executive
Part-time (3 days per week) | £28,000–£32,000 DOE (pro rata)

We're looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team at Steadplan. This is a part-time position with big potential - perfect for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful within a dynamic, multi-brand business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Owning and developing the content strategy for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Creating engaging and on-brand visual and written content to build audience engagement and brand awareness
* Independently designing Google ads, flyers, and digital assets using in-house tools
* Managing updates and content creation for the company website (WordPress)
* Working closely with externa marketing agency
* Monitoring performance metrics and optimising content for lead generation and reach
