Requirements
The duties of this position involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council. PVG records are continuously updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary part-time position based at Catrine Primary School, Catrine, until 17 December 2025. The role involves working 7 hours per week as directed by the Head Teacher.
