Senior Estimator – Electrical & Security 📍 Birmingham 💰 £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) 📅 Full-Time | Permanent The Role Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a well-established and growing team specialising in integrated security and electrical projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator to take ownership of pricing strategy, tender submissions, and project feasibility within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Produce accurate and competitive estimates for electrical and integrated security systems projects * Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions * Conduct site surveys and complete quantity take-offs * Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing * Maintain and update estimating databases and price lists * Identify project risks, technical requirements, and compliance considerations * Ensure all estimates align with SSAIB, NSI, Building Regulations Part B, and British Standards * Work closely with sales teams, project managers, and engineers to support project delivery Requirements * Proven experience as an Estimator within the security or electrical industry * Strong knowledge of: * CCTV, access control,...
