Service Care Legal are working with a well-established West London law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Family Law team. ROLE: Legal Secretary (Family Law)LOCATION: West London SALARY: £26,000–£30,000The RoleYou will provide secretarial support of the highest standard to fee earners, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. The role includes fast and accurate typing, full administrative support, collating billing information, assisting with case administration, handling telephone enquiries, and proactive diary management. You will also support legal aid matters, including completing Legal Help forms and Legal Aid applications, with working knowledge of CCMS and Legal Aid processes and procedures.The Person

* Professional and discreet, with a confident telephone manner
* Proactive, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of client confidentiality
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law
* Strong typing skills and experience supporting fee earners directly
* Familiarity with Legal Help forms, Legal Aid applications, CCMS and related procedures
* Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems, with proven diary and billing administration experience
