Lancaster University are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated Global Mobility Advisor. This is a role within People and Organisational Effectiveness, located at Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK.
Salary: £26,338 to £29,959 (Full time, indefinite)

Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility function and support the wider transformation activity.
The Successful Candidate
* Will have previous experience in payroll and/or Global Mobility.
* Experience working in a Higher Education HR environment is beneficial.
* Can apply critical thinking and understand/interpret technical compliance advice.
* Will be organised, motivated, and able to create, develop, and embed efficient processes.
* Can work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
