Essential experience - Any of the following Background in technical support (ideally customer-facing) Microsoft-based environments, including: IIS, TCP/IP MS SQL / SQL Server Azure Active Directory / LDAP PKI Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bonus points for: Entra / Certificate Authorities Smartcards & middleware Firewalls or networking security Scripting or development experience Mobile technologies or Salesforce Ready to apply?
