Twenty4Seven Education is seeking multiple dedicated, dynamic and driven Teachers with UK QTS, to teach their chosen subject in Secondary Schools across Warwickshire starting September. You’ll be leading purposeful and progressive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 is advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following statutory provisions

Plan and deliver a creative, captivating and challenging curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students in line with the National Curriculum
*
Set high standards that motivate learners, ensuring they reach their full potential
*
Assess, record, and report on student progress while maintaining accurate records
*
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment following the school’s behaviour policy
*
Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues
*
Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals about pupils’ achievements and well-being
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Experience teaching their chosen subject at secondary level
*
Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum
*
Read the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (2024) document
*
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*
A genuine passion for their chosen subject
Vetting Checks:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Right to work in the UK
*
X2 satisfactory teaching references
*
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce) on the Update Service or willing to pay and apply for a new one (Twenty4Seven Education can assist you with this process)
