ROLE: Business Development Manager
HOURS: 40 per week - Monday - Friday
SALARY: Competitive, Company Car, bonus and benefits

We are currently recruiting for an additional Business Development Manager to work within Compdoor, part of the Eurocell Group of companies.
Compdoor is a dynamic, fast growing, industry leading composite door manufacturer, driven by innovation, and first market approach. Our team is dedicated to efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the North-East, Yorkshire, and East Midlands by developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships within the fenestration industry.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships covering the East Midlands, Yorkshire and North East regions, ideally suited to someone on the Yorkshire M1 corridor.
WHAT OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS DO:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing customers within the territory
* Open new customer accounts and grow existing accounts, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Sell effectively to fabricators and trade customers
* Deliver consistent sales growth in line with company targets, maintaining a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS:
* Proven experience in an area sales or business development role within the fenestration industry
* Experience selling to fabricators and/or trade customers
* Strong track record in new business development and account growth
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels
* Full UK Driving licence
