Reed Procurement Team is representing a company looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager responsible for managing the indirect spend across various categories. This role involves developing and implementing regional and local sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and identifying synergies opportunities. You will work closely with the Global Category Manager to support strategy definition and implement global agreements in the sub-region. You will engage and manage relations with global, regional, and local internal stakeholders, supporting business decisions with procurement analysis. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business, supply chain management, or engineering, along with several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related areas. Experience in managing teams along with a good understanding of procurement processes. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of procurement and sourcing processes. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Background in managing procurement for large organizations is preferable. Roles and Responsibilities: Category Management Manage all G&A categories in your scope of responsibilities, including HR Services, Travels and Fleet, Payment Solutions, Professional Services, Legal, GNFR (Goods Not for Resale), Facility Management, and Utilities. Develop and maintain accurate regional and local sourcing strategies, managing regional agreements and supplier relationships. Identify synergies opportunities between various entities and optimize contract performance through managing cost levers and stakeholder expectations. Lead a sustainable saving plan, tracking and reporting savings and KPIs. Influence and drive business decisions contributing with procurement capabilities and analysis, supporting controlling on cost analysis and business case scenarios. Stakeholder Management Engage and develop category stakeholder relationships, enhancing procurement and budgeting centralization and governance. Coordinate with local entities in each of the countries, setting proper guidelines for project deployment and supporting group further integration of local entities. Establish regional contractual and business relationships with vendors, monitor compliance, and define and control the list of preferred suppliers for the cluster. Harmonize vendor panel throughout different companies, scout new suppliers that might renovate the supplier panel to leverage technology and innovation within the market. Facilitate knowledge and best practices sharing within the team in EMEA and other regional teams outside EMEA. Scope and Accountability Accountable for managing almost €120M spend baseline, including around 1200 retail stores related to indirect spend within the UK/Ireland & Nordics Cluster. Govern and control the category baseline, define and implement regional sourcing strategies and roadmap aligning with global and regional category managers and stakeholders.
