Reward Specialist | £40K–£42K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Greater Manchester)
We’re partnering with a market-leading, high-volume employer currently rolling out a refreshed Reward Strategy to deliver real, positive change for colleagues across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward professional with 2–3 years’ experience to join a growing team, gain exposure to both compensation and benefits, and take ownership of key reward projects from start to finish.
Location: Greater Manchester (2 days office / 3 WFH)
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 + 10% bonus
Full-time | 39 hrs

What You’ll Do:
Support annual reward processes – pay reviews, bonus payments, share schemes
Conduct benchmarking and job evaluations, and interpret findings for decision-making
Analyse and present compensation data to influence strategy
Advise People Partners and line managers on reward matters
Collaborate across HR, Payroll, and People Services to improve processes
Contribute to policy development and ensure compliance with regulations
What Will Get You an Interview:
2–3 years’ reward experience in a high-employee-volume environment
Strong analytical skills and Excel capability
Confidence presenting to and influencing stakeholders
Experience delivering full project cycles in comp & bens
