Salary: £24,859 – £26,390 per annum

We're looking for an Education Adviser to join our SEND & Inclusion practice at Supporting Education Group.

About the role
As an Education Adviser, you’ll support the Quality Assurance team to ensure tutors deliver effective, engaging and inclusive tuition that meets the needs of learners across a range of settings. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and tutors to monitor performance, provide guidance and support best practice in education delivery. The role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who is analytical, organised and passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting the monitoring and tracking of tutor performance and reporting in line with quality standards and expectations
* Advising and supporting tutors through email, phone and online communication
* Helping tutors maintain excellent standards of tuition delivery and learner engagement
* Collaborating with teams across the business to maintain a high‑quality service
* Organising and delivering tutor training events and contributing to training materials
* Carrying out teaching observations and providing constructive feedback
* Maintaining accurate records of support, interventions and quality assurance activity
* Promoting best practice in SEND, inclusion and learner support

Desired qualifications & experience
* Teaching experience (essential)
* Knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Experience supporting young people with special educational needs and additional barriers to learning
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional, diplomatic and supportive approach
* Confidence using IT systems and digital tools, including Excel and data analysis
* The ability to work collaboratively while also using initiative and working independently
* Strong literacy skills and the ability to advise others on meeting quality standards
