Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role would suit a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in Private Client work.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
- Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Estate planning and Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
- Deeds of Variation
- Probate and estate administration, including IHT400 accounts
- Financial management of clients’ affairs where the firm acts as Attorney/Deputy
- Court of Protection applications
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to xsngvjr prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
