Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Generating new business through calls to new and existing clients
* Canvassing for property instructions
* Negotiating successful property sales
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Previous experience in estate agency
* Proven sales record
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Ambitious and self-motivated attitude
* Local knowledge of the Sutton area (preferred)
* Full driving licence and own car (essential)
