Legal Cashier | Hybrid | Join a Legal 500 Firm’s Growing Finance Team in Central London Your new company I have partnered with a renowned multiservice law firm who specialise in criminal defence, family law and much more. They are a legal 500 and chambers UK recommended firm who are looking for a legal cashier to join their finance team in London. This is a full-time role with the successful candidate being part of a dynamic and growing team. We offer a hybrid work model, enabling you to work 4 days remotely and 1 day from the office, subject to successful completion or initial training. You will be joining a finance team of 10 reporting into the finance manager. Your new role Monthly analysis and formatting of WIP and aged debt reports Reconciliation of ledger balances, VAT, bank accounts, and year-end accounts Posting invoices, credit notes, disbursements, and Legal Aid BACS statements Managing purchase ledger tasks including supplier accounts and payment runs Liaising with fee earners and third parties regarding client ledgers and queries Ensuring compliance with SAR and handling client-to-office transfers Supporting billing processes and providing figures upon request Handling expense claims, overtime, and ad hoc accounting tasks Processing BACS, cheque, and Worldpay payments Occasional office attendance for banking and administrative duties Performing tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Finance Director What you'll need to succeed Experience working within a legal finance team is essential What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. 4723963
