We are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our existing Sales and Service team.
Main purpose of the job:
To offer excellent Customer Service to our customers with an ability to communicate at all levels. To develop an in-depth knowledge of our product range, provide professional and efficient after sales support to our customers.
This is a varied and often high-paced job environment. Therefore professionals in this position must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, manage their time, interact well with all members of the team and be a very good communicator.
Key Tasks Defined:
Process emails via Freshdesk ensuring customers are provided with a prompt reply regarding the relevant service issue;
Cover Post Room to despatch service orders via a courier service including sending swatch books out to customers;
Raise orders on IFS for replacement parts/ exchange furniture and repairs ensuring ticket numbers are quoted as reference;
Appoint 3rd party technicians to undertake onsite repairs;
Raise collection notes and run weekly collection reports / re-date outstanding collections;
Carry out all weekly Service jobs including exchanges report, postal chase, service report of all weekly issues;
Ensure all Collection paperwork from Transport is logged and processed as required;
Raise orders to return repaired furniture back to the customer;
To make and receive telephone calls in reference to customer sales orders, customer queries and after-sales queries.
