Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager
Based at their Engineering & Manufacturing UK HQ near Luton, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmaps : Lead the development and execution of NPI/ NPD roadmaps aligned with global business objectives.
2. Innovation Leadership : Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to bring new physical products to market.
3. Financial Oversight : Support P&L management through margin analysis, cost control, and business case development.
4. Team Leadership : Mentor Product Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis : Deliver insights that shape product direction and commercial strategy.
What You'll Bring
6. Degree in Engineering or Business Management
7. Proven experience managing physical engineered or manufactured products
8. Strong leadership and team-building skills
9. Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
11. Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
