Role Overview
Be a part of an energetic and vibrant team who are driven by the desire to improve the lives of people living with kidney disease. This role is a brilliant opportunity to take a lead role within a growing and ambitious community and events team, delivering a diverse portfolio of fundraising activity that engages and inspires supporters across the UK.
You’ll take ownership of key events, shaping standout participant experiences, while working closely with the head of community and events to drive income, grow participation and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
* Deliver successful fundraising events, hitting recruitment and income targets.
* Motivate and develop others to meet fundraising goals.
* Create and implement event strategies that increase engagement and revenue.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events deliver outstanding participant experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong experience of delivering successful fundraising events.
* Proven track record of hitting recruitment and income targets.
* Ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Collaborative, driven, and innovative mindset.
