We are offering Support Workers in Dereham 13.00 per hour.Ourservices are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. We have 2 supported living flats with one individual in each flat and both have visual impairment. One is mobile and requires minimal support and the other requires more physical support.Each individual isprovided with care and support tailored to their individual needs.As a Support Worker you will be lone working and supporting the individuals with accessing the communityand take part in a range of activities to support their health and well being.We areflexible in our shifts and the general shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime.
