The role:
* Supporting pupils with SEN needs including autism and ADHD
* Providing 1:1 and small group classroom support
* Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and confidence
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
We're looking for:
* Experience supporting children or young people
* SEN experience is desirable
* A calm, patient and nurturing approach
* Passion for SEN education and classroom support
