Real Estate Firm - Payroll Officer - £50k DOE Your new company A prestigious and globally recognised property consultancy is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their London-based team. Your new role As Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Key responsibilities include: Chasing HR for starter and leaver documentation Preparing front sheets for new starters and leavers Checking timesheets and ensuring compliance with NLW and pension requirements Administering payroll data including salary changes, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and deductions Managing schemes such as childcare vouchers, SSP/OSP, SMP/OMP Assisting with RTI submissions and month-end processes Producing reports for finance and management accounts Handling employee queries professionally via email, phone, and face-to-face Providing cover for the Payroll Assistant during absences What you'll need to succeed CIPP qualification Experience with UK Payroll (Ideally within real estate) Strong Word and Excel skills (essential) Experience with SAP and Workday (desirable) Familiarity with Auto Enrolment processes (desirable) Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach What you'll get in return You’ll be part of a collaborative and professional team within a company that values integrity, innovation, and excellence.
