Learning Design Manager

They are seeking an experienced Learning Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of top-quality digital learning solutions through excellent team management, strategic planning, and creative thinking.
The role involves managing a dynamic team of learning designers and developers responsible for creating digital learning solutions across various sectors. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of pedagogy and learning frameworks to structure learning content and stay informed of current market trends in digital learning. Responsibilities include overseeing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and skills
* Solid experience as a Learning/Instructional Designer
* Proven experience managing teams and projects
* Deep knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems
* Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
