THE EMPLOYER IS: STRUELL CONTRACTS NI LTD The Tender Submission Assistant will support the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender and pre-qualification documents across public and private sector projects. The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail to ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, PQQs, and framework applications.
* Collate information from internal teams and external suppliers to support tender responses.
* Format, proof read, and quality-check tender documents to a professional standard.
* Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and instructions.
* Maintain tender trackers, document libraries, and version control systems.
* Upload and submit tenders via e-tendering portals such as eTendersNI, eTenders, or similar platforms.
* Manage deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time.
* Support the review of contract documents, schedules, and supporting evidence.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and compliance information.
* Archive completed tenders and maintained records for future reference.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Strong administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential, along with the ability to format documents to a high professional standard.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with eTenders, eSourcing and MultiQuote.
* Experience in PPQs.
