We're currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Grantham to support a growing number of learners requiring specialised support. As part of our team, you'll bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
* Pay: £25 - £30 per hour
* Location: Tutoring may take place in students' homes or local community venues such as libraries. A full UK driving license is preferred.
* Hours: Flexible, part-time - tailored around your schedule.
* Strong communication skills to connect effectively with SEN students
* A genuine passion for helping young people with additional needs succeed
* Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one through TP-Tutors
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), or other additional needs
* Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and relevant curriculum adaptations
* Professional references from your two most recent employers, covering at least 24 months in the last 10 years
