Experience in adapting lessons for accessibility and ensuring high levels of challenge is essential. The school employs the TIS approach to underpin learning and curriculum delivery, and support will be provided to incorporate this into your practice.
The role includes managing typical behaviours associated with pupils with Special Educational Needs; experience working with students with Autism and complex needs is advantageous.

Tor View School is a unique environment in Devon for young people with Autism, trauma-related interruptions, communication needs, and learning difficulties. With small class sizes of around 4, we provide dedicated care and attention to help pupils access education and reach their goals.
