What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and motivating a successful residential lettings team. Carrying out valuations, listings, and securing instructions. Identifying and acting on opportunities to win new and repeat business. Ensuring compliance and professionalism in all areas of agency operations. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential sales and/or lettings is essential. Proven track record in listing / valuations and team leadership. Strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills. Professional, ambitious, and well-presented. Positive telephone manner and confident communicator.
