Job Role Includes:

1. Work with the Home Manager to develop and support service strategies.
2. Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care team.
3. Supervise nurses daily and through formal clinical supervision.
4. Mentor new nurses and support clinical skill development.
5. Coordinate with GPs and health professionals for resident care.
6. Ensure high-quality, personalized service delivery.
7. Keep skills current with clinical developments.
8. Ensure training is completed and applied effectively.
9. Monitor care delivery, including infection control and wound care.
10. Develop links with specialist nurses and refer residents appropriately.
11. Support medication management and assess colleagues' competencies.
12. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.
13. Organize team meetings and document minutes.
14. Communicate care information to residents and relatives respecting data protection.
15. Work within your competence and NMC registration requirements.
16. Assist in meeting regulatory and quality standards.
17. Maintain resident confidentiality and follow NMC code of conduct.
18. Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
19. Perform any additional duties to meet service needs.

Requirements include previous managerial and nursing experience, a valid NMC pin, and qualities such as compassion, motivation, communication, and leadership skills. We value our team and our commitment to excellence, as reflected in awards and our care philosophy.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with weekend and on-call duties. Compensation includes a rate of £24.60/hour, annual salary of £51,168, 28 days leave, and various benefits such as training, pension, and healthcare support.
