The Role

Join us and combine cutting-edge techniques with a customer‑centric approach, you will assist in the development of tailored training programs that deliver tangible value for our clients. Day to day, you will collaborate with the team and work with clients providing specialist training consultancy services including:
* Assist in developing high‑quality training proposals and reports
* Developing Systems Approach to Training‑compliant Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using DSAT/ADDIE models
* Analysis in both individual and collective environments
* Designing training programmes and materials
* Conducting training evaluation and assurance
* Collaborating with client senior management, stakeholders, subject matter experts and colleagues
Skills & experience required
* An understanding of the SAT/ADDIE methodology from Analysis to Evaluation
* Experience in the analysis and design of SAT‑compliant Individual Training
* Practical experience in the conduct of a TNA in support of Team and Collective Training
* Experience gained in the Defence, Rail, Health or Energy sectors is essential
* Maritime sector experience is highly desirable
* Use of JSP 822 and DTSM (Defence Training Support Manual/s 1 - 6) is highly desirable
* Development of TNAs that consider:
* The development and application of mental/physical skills and behavioural attributes
* Competence retention and its psychological components
* Method and media analysis
* Through‑life cost and training risk analysis
* Conduct of Training Design that includes:
* Development of Design stages 1,2 & 3 elements; Formal Training Statements and component parts, Assessment and Learning Specifications
* Appreciation of multiple media development and design
* Strong client focus, a skilled communicator with stakeholder management skills
* Able to support the delivery of successful client projects and undertake tasking autonomously meeting quality standards and deadlines
* Consulting experience would be highly beneficial
* Current right to live and work in the UK
* Current SC clearance or willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check
* Willingness and ability to work from home and travel for client engagements, including overnight stays away from home around the UK when required
