Hours:
* Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:15pm
* Friday: 8:00am - 12:15pm
Positions Available:
* 1 x 2-month contract
* 2 x 6-month contracts

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customers as the main point of contact.
* Handle customer queries via phone, email, and portals.
* Process and manage orders — from placement to delivery.
* Liaise with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams.
* Raise quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Monitor performance to ensure commitments are met.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in customer service or order management.
* SAP experience is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and transactional processing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries is highly desirable.
* Experience with customer portals is a bonus.
