We enjoy working together and can always rely on each other’s support.
We like the people we work with and respect how good they are at their jobs. We’re all part of a big network with lots of opportunity, but each location also has its own thriving family, built on co-operation and openness. You’ll be part of a great team who will always support you, and make sure you feel fully informed about the direction of the business and your role in it.
The in-house service centre fulfills the bookings and booking enquiry functions for our service centres located across our dealerships. Supporting both retail and commercial customers, the contact centre is predominantly a telephony-based environment but will also deal with email and SMS Text enquiries.
The department acts as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Owing to the competitive nature of the market, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calling to capture customers and reduce customer attrition. The contact centre also plays a vital role in ‘customers for life' through the prospecting and selling of ‘service plans'. This is a great opportunity to join a growing environment where your knowledge and experience are welcomed to help further develop the department.
