Job Description

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
* Source potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
* Screen applicants to assess their suitability for open positions.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment activities.
* Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Northwich.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:


* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.
* English proficiency (French, German or other European languages as a plus.)
* Two stage interview process.
