We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Delivery Manager (Heating) to lead operational teams delivering high-quality heating services. This is a key leadership role where you’ll ensure our customers’ homes are safe, secure and warm, while driving outstanding service delivery and performance. Reporting to the M&E Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of servicing, repairs, maintenance and installations, ensuring work is completed right first time and on time. Location: Norwich Hours: 40 hpw Contract: Permanent inc. company car What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supporting operational teams to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality heating services Managing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring effective planning and clear priorities Providing visible leadership, coaching and development to build high-performing teams Taking responsibility for health & safety and ensuring full regulatory compliance Monitoring performance, using data and insight to drive productivity and improvement Managing resources effectively to deliver value for money Owning customer outcomes, resolving complex issues and ensuring a positive experience Supporting contract performance, cost control and reporting Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve organisational goals What You'll Bring We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of operational expertise, leadership and customer focus.
